Job Summary: Supervise, plan, and ensure the execution of maintenance activities on mining equipment, monitor performance indicators, and guarantee safety. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety and operational efficiency **Main Responsibilities:** ✔ Supervise and guide the mechanical maintenance team ✔ Plan, monitor, and ensure the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on mining equipment ✔ Monitor performance, productivity, and maintenance cost indicators ✔ Ensure compliance with safety procedures and internal standards ✔ Conduct technical inspections on heavy equipment (yellow fleet and mine equipment) ✔ Support scheduling of shutdowns and maintenance planning ✔ Manage spare parts and material requisitions ✔ Prepare technical reports and report results to management **Requirements:** ✔ Proven work experience (verified in employment record) ✔ Driver's license category B ✔ Availability to start immediately **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday.
