Job Summary: An IT professional to administer network infrastructure, configure VPNs, perform hardware maintenance, provide support for the Sankhya ERP system, and manage databases. Key Highlights: 1. Network infrastructure and security administration. 2. System and hardware support and maintenance. 3. Database management for systems and ERP. Administer network infrastructure to ensure system connectivity and security. Configure and maintain VPNs for secure remote access to the corporate network. Perform maintenance and repair of computers, including component replacement and hardware upgrades. Provide support for the Sankhya ERP system, delivering technical assistance and resolving related issues. Perform backups and preventive maintenance on IT infrastructure. Execute database queries and maintenance (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) to support ERP and other systems.
