We are looking for a communicative, organized, and eager-to-learn individual to join our team! - Responsibilities: In-person, telephone, WhatsApp, and other communication channel customer service; Sales support for hardware and tempered glass components; Order creation and follow-up; Clarification of basic technical questions about products; Store organization and commercial department support; Post-sales assistance and customer follow-up. ### **Prerequisites** Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; Ability to interact effectively with customers and provide service; Organizational skills and agility to manage multiple communication channels; Basic knowledge of hardware or construction materials is desirable (a plus, not mandatory); Familiarity with WhatsApp, telephone, and sales systems. - Advantages: Prior experience in sales or customer service; Knowledge of the tempered glass, metalworking, or civil construction sectors. ### **Benefits** Compensation: R$ 1,730.00 Contract Type: Permanent – CLT Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
