**Job Description:** We are seeking a Test Analyst to ensure the quality of our services, performing product validation and supporting teams to maintain compliance with Soitic Group standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze improvements and fixes to ensure product and service quality; * Detail issues with clear descriptions, including screenshots and steps to reproduce bugs; * Define acceptance criteria collaboratively with teams; * Perform functional testing, covering all system functionalities; * Manage issues in team kanbans, updating status as needed; * Participate in daily meetings for alignment, feedback, and continuous improvement; * Maintain contact with Product Owners and support staff to understand requests and conduct analyses. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent certification; * Proactivity, agility, and creativity; * Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; * Basic knowledge of databases and agile methodologies. **Benefits:** Health insurance, dental insurance, Wellhub, nutritionist, birthday day off, workplace gymnastics, life insurance, and flexible benefits (meal and transportation).
