Key Responsibilities: * Supervise the ongoing team and monitor performance; * Ensure service quality and achievement of targets; * Monitor customer portfolio and retention metrics; * Reduce churn and strengthen customer relationships; * Develop strategies and process improvements; * Support retention negotiations and related discussions. Requirements: * Experience in ongoing operations, retention, customer success, or customer relationship management; * Experience leading teams; * Knowledge of CRM systems; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Experience with KPIs and reporting; * Negotiation and conflict management skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in retention operations; * Familiarity with churn and LTV metrics; * Continuous improvement mindset.
