Description: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Engineering or related fields (Postgraduate qualification will be a differentiator); * Proven experience in logistics management within the pharmaceutical industry or sectors with high regulatory requirements; * Manage and optimize warehousing, shipping, transportation, and distribution processes for finished products; * Control and negotiate freight contracts with carriers, ensuring reduction of logistics costs without compromising service levels; * Monitor and act upon performance indicators (KPIs), especially OTIF (on time in full), delivery lead time, logistics cost per unit, damage rate, among others; * Ensure compliance with ANVISA regulations and other regulatory agencies regarding transportation and storage of medicines; * Implement traceability solutions and real-time delivery visibility; * Develop and engage the logistics team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment; * Actively participate in defining logistics strategies together with management and other departments; * Promote continuous improvement and logistics efficiency projects, including automations, process reviews, and technology utilization. 2511130202461866389
