On a daily basis, you will: * Ensure that sales orders and promotional material shipments are handled efficiently and effectively, maintaining product integrity throughout the entire process and strictly meeting established deadlines; * Define processes and workflows to ensure the accuracy of inventory records in systems compared to physical inventories, ensuring transparent and reliable stock level management, promoting data accuracy; * Develop and implement logistical distribution strategies, continuously evaluating their effectiveness and identifying weaknesses, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction; * Monitor and optimize occupied capacity to determine efficient inflow and outflow of products in internal or external warehouses, ensuring effective use of available space; * Ensure compliance with insurance and risk management standards, as well as sanitary regulations related to the storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products, staying updated on relevant regulations and implementing compliant practices; * Develop and execute an annual inventory process to ensure record accuracy and transparency in logistics operations, identifying discrepancies and implementing necessary corrections; * Ensure information support and compliance for the entire sales and marketing team, operating at high levels of reliability and productivity in their logistics operations; * Support internal and external audits in the transportation area, providing documentation and clarifying requirements, identifying improvements and corrective actions for non-conformities identified during audits 2511170202461782555
