Job Summary:
A professional responsible for requesting quotations, negotiating with suppliers, tracking deliveries, and monitoring procurement KPIs to achieve cost optimization and compliance with internal policies.

\* Request quotations, conduct comparative analyses, and negotiate with suppliers.
\* Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers.
\* Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to completion.
\* Monitor procurement KPIs (lead time, cost, quality, etc.).
\* Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
\* Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality criteria.
\* Research new suppliers, materials, and technologies.
\* Support inventory planning and forecast purchasing needs.
\* Participate in supplier qualification processes.
Technical Requirements
\* Education: Administration, Logistics, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.
\* Prior experience in procurement (direct, indirect, or both).
\* Knowledge of negotiation processes and contract analysis.
\* Proficiency in Excel.
\* Preferred: Basic understanding of cost analysis and taxation (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS).
