The position requires on-site work at a highway construction project located in the Diamantina/MG region. Requirements Analyze the technical and operational conditions required for field activity execution; Coordinate, guide, and supervise operational teams and service fronts; Monitor physical schedules and support planning of construction phases; Perform measurements of completed services and support productivity control; Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality procedures, and workplace safety; Support contract, supplier, and operational demand management for the project; Prepare technical reports and monitor project performance indicators.
