SENIOR DESIGNER (HYBRID WORK MODEL): * Responsible for producing images and graphic materials for clients, with a primary focus on social media, working closely with the copywriting team to ensure creative and high-quality deliverables; **Develop visual concepts and graphic designs for online communication, and occasionally offline;** Create visual identities, layouts, and institutional materials according to client positioning and branding; **Perform document and presentation layout;** Carry out image retouching and editing for websites, campaigns, and social media; **Develop banners, brochures, business cards, animated GIFs, and other promotional materials;** Edit videos for social media, advertisements, and other audiovisual content for clients; **Create intros, lettering animations, and graphical effects in videos (Motion Graphics);** Ensure visual consistency between produced materials and the strategic communication plan; **Support the marketing team in creating campaigns and visual tests (A/B) to improve performance.** Requirements: * Practical experience in design and video editing; • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects); • Experience with Motion Graphics and animations; • Familiarity with editing tools such as Final Cut Pro (a plus); • Previous experience in marketing or advertising agencies.
