**What we expect from you:**
* Professional responsible for leading analyses and crisis rooms focused on investigating issues in applications,
* Proactively identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex incidents in production environments.
* Handling escalated incidents (L2/L3)
* Root cause analysis and solution proposals
* Code corrections and corrective maintenance
* Implementation of continuous improvements
* Log analysis and impact assessment
* Ensuring SLA compliance
* Integration and alignment with technical and business teams
* Preparation and updating of technical documentation
**Requirements:**
* Prior experience in L2/L3 application support
* Hands-on troubleshooting experience in production environments
* Ability to read and maintain code
* Experience handling incidents and managing SLAs
* Java / WMS / APIs and microservices / Azure / React / Node.js
**Mandatory:**
* Fluent English.
