Join our team! #VIBRA #SOMOSNAT Responsibilities and duties * Create a planned batch within the SAP ERP system using received scheduling information, creating a site plan and receipt to enable the transfer of breeder birds to rearing, ensuring the batch becomes ready to receive inputs and data; * Monitor weekly feed consumption and bird mortality through forms sent by farms and consumption needs, informing the Feed Mill of production requirements for the period to ensure proper inventory control of birds and feed; * Assess the number of live birds on the farm based on system mortality rates, generating a producer invoice so the integrated farmer is paid according to the number of birds present in their batch; * Generate reports for analyzing mortality, viability, and uniformity indicators by compiling all events occurring during housing weeks, creating graphs to present to management for monitoring sector goals, performance, and production progress; * Monitor production reporting data entered by units, generating SAP reports, comparing system data with submitted forms, performing necessary adjustments and closing batches to ensure production cost accuracy and verify the authenticity of information and statistical data used to compensate integrated farmers; * Update the bird mask code in SAP for each production cycle, ensuring traceability of the batch, enabling batch dispatch to production and identifying the current stage of the batch for management control and continuation of the production cycle; * Perform male bird spiking, verifying technician-provided information regarding farms and destination birds, contributing to achieving batch fertility or allocating by-products for broiler chicken production; * Close data used for compensating integrated farmers, using specific reports that compile all production characteristics, checking numbers for each category to finalize periodic and final compensation for integrated farmers; * Generate housing bonuses by analyzing first-week mortality rates, calculating the value per bird remaining at the end of that week based on quantity, aiming to incentivize farmers to receive and manage batches productively; * Schedule and issue sales orders provided by COBB, generating shipment files in the SAP ERP system containing commercial terms set by COBB for financial approval, ensuring sale execution and completion; * Monitor post-sales activities by analyzing the batch mortality report sent by the farmer, evaluating any discrepancies to assess chick quality and report potential issues to the technical team; * Verify commissions due to COBB by matching sales invoices and checking payment percentages against agreed terms, ensuring accurate data submission to COBB for commission billing. * Perform area-related tasks, supporting the company and participating responsibly in ethical, legal, and legitimate food production, committed to continuously improving safety culture, food quality, and environmental respect. Requirements and qualifications Mandatory: * Ongoing bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * SAP system experience; * Experience in production planning; * Intermediate Excel skills.
