Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** Organize and position dalas (conveyor belts) to initiate the unloading process, assigning team members to tasks such as cargo dismantling, goods positioning, and sack opening for dumping into silos per the checker’s instructions. During loading, operate scales for coffee bagging, sew sacks, and convey them via dalas, while another team safely and stably arranges cargo in trucks. Perform sweeping of coffee from damaged sacks, followed by re-bagging. Conduct bulk operations by directing coffee to silos during unloading and positioning the loading spout during loading to ensure uniformity. Execute vehicle tarping and detarping, and maintain organization in receiving and dispatch areas. Assist the forklift operator in loading alpha bags, transport bags, and sample collection. Perform container wrapping and bulk liner installation, as well as loading and unloading of various packaging types and products. Prepare and organize empty sacks, perform labeling, operate vehicle lid opening and closing, and conduct container inspections per checklist. Preserve assets through cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
