Job Summary: Responsible for general maintenance, minor repairs, cleaning and organization, providing technical and operational support across various building and mechanical areas. Key Highlights: 1. General maintenance and various repairs of building facilities. 2. Technical and operational support for machinery and equipment. 3. Work involving preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple areas. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Responsible for general maintenance services and minor repairs; * Contribute to cleaning, preservation, and organization, as well as provide technical and operational support for routine tasks in these environments; * Perform general building maintenance activities; * Conduct tests to identify and locate faults in installations; * Prepare infrastructure for machinery and equipment; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, mechanical, painting, carpentry, joinery, locksmithing, masonry, and refrigeration systems; * Perform mechanical work on various types of machinery and equipment; * Disassemble, repair, and adjust various types of tools according to instructions, drawings, or "sketches"; * Perform general electrical work; * Ensure proper preservation of machinery, tools, and equipment; * Fabricate, assemble, and maintain wooden furniture and installations; * Operate industrial machinery and specialized tools; * Follow project technical standards; * Contribute to cleaning, preservation, and organization; * Provide technical and operational support. - Professional experience in this role or similar positions is required.
