Job Summary: The professional will monitor and ensure the safety of the packaging process, applying safety standards, good practices, and critical point controls in the production area. Conduct good practice rounds and monitor critical control points JOB DESCRIPTION * Monitor and ensure the safety of the packaging process. * Comply with safety regulations and participate in Safety Committee Meetings (DSS). * Apply 5S, GMP, and HACCP standards in the production area. * Follow daily schedules and leadership instructions. * Conduct Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) rounds and monitor critical control points. * Maintain a critical perspective and record sector-specific specifications. * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and perform tasks in an organized manner. * Assist in equipment and utensil preparation and cleaning. * Complete forms and report deviations to immediate management.
