The professional will be responsible for leading the washing team, developing and managing work schedules, ensuring workplace organization, and continuously monitoring opportunities for process improvement and service quality enhancement. Company Operating Hours: Monday to Saturday: 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM Sundays: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Work Schedule: Rotating 5-day workweek with alternating days off Weekend shifts as per schedule Employment Model: CLT regime Variable remuneration with performance-based bonuses Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
