Clean and well-organized workplace We are looking for a **Pharmacy Attendant** to interact with customers, assist in selling pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and personal hygiene items. The professional will be responsible for delivering friendly service, advising customers in person and through digital channels, and contributing to the pharmacy’s organization and smooth operation. Main Responsibilities * Provide friendly and efficient customer service in person and via WhatsApp; * Assist in selling pharmaceuticals and cosmetic products; * Provide product information and clarify customer inquiries; * Organize and restock products on shelves and gondolas; * Check product expiration dates and conditions; * Operate the cash register when required; * Record information and assist with administrative controls in systems and spreadsheets; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service (preferably in pharmacies or drugstores); * **Strong communication skills for in-person and WhatsApp-based customer service**; * **Basic computer knowledge (computer use, Excel, and Word)**; * Organization, responsibility, and proactivity; * Flexible availability. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in pharmacies or drugstores; * Familiarity with pharmacy sales or management systems.
