Job Summary: A Psychology professional to work in T&D, DHO, and people management, including leadership development, performance evaluation, and support on labor-related matters. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in Training and Development (T&D) and DHO. 2. Development of training programs and performance evaluation systems. 3. Support to leaders and involvement in labor risk management. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology. **Qualifications:** Knowledge of T&D methodologies, DHO tools, and performance evaluation. Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced). Experience in: Corporate training experience, performance evaluation, and development programs. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Identify training and development needs in collaboration with company departments; * Design, plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, technical training, and behavioral training; * Manage relationships with external training providers; * Support new employee integration processes (onboarding); * Conduct organizational diagnostics (climate surveys, engagement assessments, culture analyses); * Develop and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and learning paths; * Support leaders on topics such as people management, feedback, communication, and team development. * Develop and apply performance evaluation tools. * Design specific programs for leadership and high-performance team development. * Implement initiatives and projects aimed at strengthening organizational culture and employer branding. * Create metrics and reports to track DHO program performance. * Participate in exit interviews and analyze data to reduce turnover. * Guide managers on the proper application of disciplinary measures in accordance with internal policies and labor legislation. * Draft warnings, suspensions, and other disciplinary documents, ensuring appropriate recordkeeping and communication. * Monitor and organize all documentation required for labor proceedings with responsible departments (personnel files, disciplinary histories, time records, internal communications, etc.). * Act as the company's representative (preposto) in labor hearings, representing the organization and providing technical clarifications regarding procedures, policies, and conduct. * Support the legal department in preparing information, testimonies, documents, and evidence. * Monitor labor risks and recommend preventive actions, process improvements, and alignment with managers. **Additional Information:** Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (Monday to Friday) Location: BR-381 Highway, Km 12.3, Borges – Sabará – MG, ZIP Code: 34735\-010
