Maintenance and organization of the work environment **Description** **Education**: Completed high school **Responsibilities**: Comply with all productivity, quality, and safety standards, norms, and procedures. Receive and complete documentation. Verify operational conditions of machinery. Select equipment and instruments. Receive materials and utensils. Check materials and products against the Production Technical Sheet. Program machinery for pharmaceutical product manufacturing. Inspect and release the area and process. Monitor humidity, temperature, and pressure in the area. Collect product samples for analysis by quality control. Transfer products to the next operation. Perform machine set-up changes. Supply machinery with materials for the process. Conduct in-process control. Analyze and identify failures and anomalies in the process or equipment. Identify improvement opportunities and correct process failures. Transfer intermediate products to packaging. Inspect physical and apparent conditions of containers, materials, and equipment. Package products into designated containers. Organize, clean, and sanitize areas and pharmaceutical product machinery and related equipment. Sort waste, package toxic materials, and dispose of waste in designated bins, including controlled waste. Record maintenance occurrences and shift handovers. Monitor maintenance interventions (corrective and preventive). Request materials and raw materials. Meet the production standard specified in procedures. Perform periodic scale verifications. Assist in training new employees. Report any anomalies encountered during task execution to the immediate supervisor.
