Position: COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT II MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support to the sales team, carriers, customers, and others via the Neppo tool (phone, WhatsApp, and email). Handle incidents with customers and carriers. Issue replacement invoices for necessary corrections. Enter return invoices into the system. Record information in incident reports. Request bill extensions. Request correction letters. Analyze delivery status. Prepare the Incident Committee presentation. Maintain the POP (Standard Operating Procedure) related to departmental activities.
