**Job Description:** Main Activities and Responsibilities **Patient Safety Nucleus (PSN) Management:** Serve as the technical reference, coordinating actions focused on quality and patient safety. **Risk and Incident Management:** Conduct active surveillance, classification, and critical analysis of adverse events, proposing corrective and preventive action plans. **Indicator Management:** Collect, update, and critically analyze clinical indicators of the nucleus to support management decision-making. **Safety Culture and Training:** Promote continuous capacity-building, training, and educational activities for the clinical team. **Clinical Audits:** Conduct audits focused on compliance with the International Patient Safety Goals. **Guideline Updates:** Periodically review and update institutional patient safety protocols. **People Development:** Responsible for managing and mentoring interns within the department. **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing (active COREN registration). **Experience with Health Surveillance:** Familiarity with official notification systems (NOTIVISA and Vigimed). **Essential Soft Skills:** Excellent interpersonal and instructional communication skills for training. Dynamic, proactive profile with a high learning curve ("learns quickly").
