**Job Description** On-site position in Vitória / Cariacica - ES and Divinópolis - MG **Who will you work with?** You will join our team providing technical support for WABTEC Diesel-Electric locomotives and will work daily with the D9BB model. Your daily responsibilities will take place within our client’s maintenance workshops, where you will collaborate directly with the maintenance team to deliver necessary technical recommendations and guidance. You will also interface with our Materials, Quality, Processes, and Engineering teams—not only in Brazil but globally. **How will you make a difference?** As a member of the Field Operations team, you will be responsible for: * Providing on-site technical assistance for our products at client locations, supporting fault diagnosis, fleet performance analysis, maintenance, and related service activities to ensure proper customer fleet operation; * Functionally guiding client maintenance teams during locomotive maintenance activities to prevent or minimize operational downtime; * Ensuring customer satisfaction with technical assistance solutions, aligned with defined service metrics including response time, turnaround, performance, and quality; * Adhering to standardized processes, tools, and procedures for Technical Assistance, contributing to their continuous improvement; * Following WABTEC and client internal guidelines and procedures per assigned location, ensuring compliance with integrity and compliance directives as well as company EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards and procedures. **What do we want to know about you?** * Technical education preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Electrotechnical fields; candidates with Automation or Automotive backgrounds are also welcome; * Experience in maintenance of large equipment or diesel-electric locomotives; * Availability for flexible shift work, as and when required; * Experience and ability to guide, supervise, and verify maintenance professionals’ work; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * English is a plus; **What will your day-to-day look like?** You will ensure proper operation and maintenance of our products by delivering on-site technical assistance alongside our client’s team, aiming to prevent or minimize operational downtime in customer fleets—working in accordance with company-established quality, productivity, service, cost, and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) metrics.
