Job Summary: A Supply Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for purchase order tracking, billing monitoring, supplier performance analysis, and dashboard development. Key Highlights: 1. RH Open is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering recruitment, selection, and people management consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Follow-up on purchase orders until final delivery. Communication with suppliers, freight carriers, and internal customers to update delivery timelines. Monitoring of billing, deliveries, and payment scheduling. Data collection, processing, and consolidation from procurement systems. Dashboard development and maintenance (Power BI and Excel). Supplier performance analysis and departmental KPIs. Support in developing improvements and automation of controls. Participation in internal and external meetings for information alignment. Continuous interface with Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, and operational departments. Bachelor's degree required.
