Your day-to-day at Medtronic * Lead, support, and monitor improvement and/or corrective action processes at the São Sebastião do Paraíso/MG facilities through application of technical tools, ensuring processes are executed consistently and within appropriate timelines (CDP, Change Control). * Map key processes at the São Sebastião do Paraíso/MG facilities, reviewing as needed (APQP, FMEA). * Conduct low-complexity process validation activities (IQ/CQ/OQ/PQ/MSA). * Support root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions in CAPAs and/or Customer Complaints. * Support quality cost reduction initiatives. * Deliver training, as required. * Support the team during internal and external audits. * Review calibration reports and update data to assign final disposition (approved or rejected). * Follow norms and guidance defined by your immediate supervisor, adhering to responsibilities outlined for your position in the Quality Manual and Quality documents. * Review Quality documents as needed, ensuring their accuracy and adherence to responsibilities outlined in the Quality Manual and Quality documents. * Ensure corrective actions meet acceptable reliability standards and documentation complies with requirements. * Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards remain in effect. * Follow guidelines and procedures outlined in the Safety, Medicine, and Environment Manual. * Follow norms and guidance defined by your immediate supervisor, adhering to responsibilities outlined for your position in the Quality Manual and Quality documents. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or currently pursuing one. * English proficiency desirable for reading, speaking, and writing. * Basic knowledge of process improvement tools: CDP, APQP, FMEA, Validation, Minitab, RCA.
