If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#joinus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive purchase orders; * Send purchase order quotations to suppliers; * Evaluate quotations considering optimal commercial terms, delivery timelines, and specifications; * Generate purchase orders after approval of the evaluation by the department head; * Monitor procurement processes for products and services, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon purchasing deadlines (FOLLOW UP); * Maintain contact with active suppliers and seek out and develop new suppliers, ensuring alignment with company policies; * Update SAP system reports and internal departmental spreadsheets; * Support market analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities for improvement in procurement processes; * Ensure procurement processes comply with company Compliance and governance standards; * Understand and apply QHSE norms and procedures; * Contract various services while overseeing the entire process; * Control external services as well as assets held by third parties; * Apply tools such as TCO, Kraljic Matrix, Spend Analysis, SRM, and others; * Conduct global analyses to identify potential business supply risks; * Monitor KPIs and take action to resolve possible issues; * Conduct bidding processes for materials and services and formalize contracts; * Negotiate purchases and contracts to achieve optimal cost-benefit outcomes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, you must have:** * Availability to work in Poços de Caldas, MG; * Availability to work standard business hours; * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in industry-related roles or functions; * Knowledge of SAP. **Additional Information** We care deeply about our employees’ well-being, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support a healthier and more fulfilling life: * Health insurance for employees and dependents; * Dental insurance for employees and dependents; * On-site meals; * Meal allowance; * Commuter shuttle service; * Life insurance.
