




Job opening for **HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST in Uberlândia/MG** \- 1062 **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment & Selection (lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes \- profile alignment, job posting, resume screening, competency-based interviews, and application of assessment tools) * Support onboarding and integration processes. * Identify training needs in coordination with departments and managers. * Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Annual Training Plan (PAT). * Organize internal and external training sessions (logistics, attendance tracking, effectiveness evaluation). * Support leadership development initiatives and learning paths. * General support to the HR department. * Keep HR controls, reports, and indicators up to date. * Support organizational climate, engagement, and culture initiatives. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and HR best practices. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Prior experience in Recruitment & Selection and Training & Development. * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint). * Driver’s license category B and availability for occasional travel.
