




Job Summary: The professional will assist in redelivery coordination, interacting with customers and related departments to ensure pickup and delivery deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Process optimization and customer service **Purpose of the Role** To assist in the redelivery coordination process across company units, interacting with customer demands and departments involved in pickup and delivery processes, seeking solutions to meet deadlines. **Position Extended to Persons with Disabilities or Individuals Rehabilitated by INSS.** **Requirements** **Education:** Completed high school; **Knowledge:** Intermediate Microsoft Office suite; **Desirable Requirements** Experience in distribution within transportation companies; one year of experience in administrative or logistics roles; ongoing undergraduate studies in Logistics, Business Administration, or Production Engineering. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue electronic freight bills (CT-e) daily; * Monitor incoming emails containing redelivery pickup/delivery requests; * Schedule pickups; * Enter trips into the Benner system; * Verify and record invoices related to the "redelivery" process; * Monitor pickup/delivery deadlines for the "redelivery" process; * Perform preliminary registration of customers/suppliers; * Provide customer support via phone or email (complaints/suggestions/questions/delays in deliveries or pickups), logging them in the Customer Service Center (SAC) and in the CT-e incident field, then forwarding them for appropriate handling; * Generate tax payment slips; * Support the immediate manager in processes inherent to the role, leveraging experience for professional self-development; * Implement departmental work plans and procedures, executing and monitoring necessary technical actions to achieve established objectives and goals. **Salary and Benefits** Salary: Please state your salary expectation Benefits: Meal allowance, transportation allowance, life insurance, co-payment health plan, dental plan, and profit-sharing. Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
