Through a cloud-based platform, we ensure speed and security for tenants via rapid analysis of household income and credit card limits. No more guarantors! We increase revenue and accelerate deal closures for real estate agencies across Brazil! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Actively prospect new real estate agencies matching the company-defined profile (outbound). * Initiate first contact with potential partners via phone, e\-mail, social media, and other communication tools. * Qualify inbound leads based on criteria previously aligned with the executive team. * Identify operational pain points and improvement opportunities within real estate agencies, presenting Ucred’s solution value proposition. * Keep the CRM consistently updated with contact information, interaction history, and opportunity status. * Schedule meetings and presentations for the operational team to close new partnerships. * Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide market feedback and insights. * Track performance metrics (number of contacts, conversion rate, volume of opportunities generated, etc.). * Contribute ideas and feedback for continuous improvement of prospecting and qualification processes. * Ensure alignment between the real estate agency’s expectations and Ucred’s value proposition prior to handover to the closing team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar). * Proficiency in prospecting techniques (cold calling, cold emailing, social selling). * Familiarity with sales funnels and conversion metrics. * Ability to analyze commercial data. **Soft Skills** * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Results- and metrics-oriented mindset. * Organizational skills. * Resilience and persistence in high-performance environments. * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Capacity to understand real estate agencies’ business models and deliver consultative value. **Additional Information** * Comprehensive health insurance plan — because your health comes first; * Dental insurance plan — so you can smile beautifully; * Life insurance — because safety matters; * Meal/food allowance \[Caju Card], giving you the freedom to choose where and how to eat; * Birthday day off!
