Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** Responsible for interfacing between internal and external customers, supporting all sales leadership within the division, preparing and analyzing various reports, presenting results, managing KPIs and monitoring action plans, tracking customer orders—with the goal of deepening customer understanding to help the account manager drive sales growth and identify new opportunities. **Your Impact** * Monitor daily order revenue through the *SAP* system to ensure agreed-upon pricing and volume; * Analyze and extract data from the client’s system, supporting early problem anticipation and resolution, as well as identifying sales opportunities and presenting information to each regional team; * Update the client’s system with information on new products and product discontinuations, aiming to maintain system integrity and prevent order disruptions; * Register stores and suppliers and request credits via the SAP system; * Control customer deductions by analyzing contracts and commercial negotiations; * Prepare reports for the international reporting area and support the manager in liaising with this area; * Support divisional leadership and the department director; * Track and support KPIs; * Monthly release of contractual terms in the system. * Develop results presentations. * Manage action plans. Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?** * Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Microsoft Office: Intermediate proficiency Other requirements: Understanding of the retail business model, especially regarding clients’ trade organization; * Ability to develop trend analyses and generate market understanding reports for the retail sector; \- Basic understanding of customers in Minas Gerais \- MG. * Experience across markets and cultures within a global consumer goods company * Experience managing multiple categories in a retail system. * Strong analytical capability * Strong communication and organizational skills * Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
