What will you do on a daily basis?* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT and store automation equipment. * Install and configure operating systems, software, and peripherals. * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users. * Handle and manage IT service requests from stores, ensuring prompt and effective assistance. * Monitor the functionality of computerized systems and processes. * Support the local IT team in projects as needed. Therefore, we require that you have:* Technical qualification in Information Technology or related fields. * Knowledge of networks, operating systems, and IT equipment. * Problem-solving skills and user support experience.
