**Kitchen Assistant** **Location:** VIP Room at Confins Airport - MG **Company:** BRT Lounges **BRT Lounges** is a benchmark in premium hospitality, offering comfort, care, and quality to **passengers in VIP lounges**. We are seeking a **Kitchen Assistant.** This position is essential to maintaining the flow, quality, and presentation of items served in the lounge. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing snacks, portions, and buffet items * Perform pre-preparation and organization of ingredients * Support buffet setup and food restocking * Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization * Sanitize utensils, equipment, and surfaces * Follow food hygiene and safety standards * Assist in inventory control and organization of supplies **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior kitchen experience is considered a plus * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Agility and ability to work in a dynamic environment * Commitment to quality standards and teamwork **Work Schedule** * Shift pattern: 12 hours on / 36 hours off, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Benefits** * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance * Meal allowance per working day * Dental plan * Life insurance If you enjoy working in an organized, dynamic environment focused on quality and customer experience, join our team! ✨ Job Type: Full-time Salary: R$1.600,00 - R$1.800,00 per month Work Location: On-site
