**Main Responsibilities** * Assist in daily production planning and monitoring of seed production during the harvest season. * Record production data, control processed volumes, losses, and yields. * Update spreadsheets, reports, and systems with production, receipt, and shipment data for seeds. * Support the issuance and control of production orders, sequencing, and production process priorities. * Monitor adherence to deadlines, production targets, and operational capacity. * Assist in controlling work-in-process and finished product inventory. * Maintain constant communication with production, quality, maintenance, and logistics departments. **Job Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Production Engineering, Agronomy, or related fields are desirable). * Basic knowledge of Production Control and Planning (PCP), production controls, and performance indicators. * Proficiency in Excel or other electronic spreadsheet software. * Prior experience in an industrial, agro-industrial, or seed processing environment is desirable. * Availability to work on a seasonal basis, on a fixed shift.
