Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work on data analysis, automation, and dashboard development for monitoring safety indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Data analysis and processing for KPIs and SPIs 2. Development and updating of dashboards in Power BI 3. Data automation using Forms and Power Apps Description: * Currently enrolled in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts). * Familiarity with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query). * Basic knowledge of Forms and Power Apps for data collection and automation. * Interest in exploring Copilot for analytical tasks and content generation. * Strong analytical ability and organizational skills. Advantages: * Basic knowledge of operational safety and related indicators (SPI/KPI). * Experience in process automation and integration across Microsoft tools. * Technical English for reading documentation. * Database management: maintain the safety data repository up-to-date, ensuring integrity and organization. * Data processing and analysis: perform data cleaning, validation, and analysis for KPI and SPI calculations. * Dashboards: update Power BI dashboards with clear visualizations for monitoring safety indicators. * Automation and data collection: create forms in Microsoft Forms and workflows in Power Apps for data collection and integration. * AI support: use Copilot to optimize analyses, generate reports, and accelerate repetitive tasks. * Indicators: monitor and update SGSO KPIs and SPIs, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. * Reporting: prepare periodic reports for internal departments (Operations, APOC, AVSEC, Maintenance). 2512100202181911914
