About the job Our Production team is seeking a Packaging Operator for Danone Lácteos’ EDP factory in Poços de Caldas/MG. This person will be directly responsible for operating the packaging line, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards. They will also play an important role in cleaning, minor repairs, autonomous maintenance, and supporting the line’s operational team—contributing to the execution of IWS standards and routines. * Operate packaging line equipment, ensuring proper functioning of the production process. * Perform cleaning, inspections, and minor repairs on equipment according to autonomous maintenance principles. * Work with thermoforming machine technology to support operational stability and efficiency. * Support the line’s operational team through training, guidance, and activity monitoring. * Execute applicable IWS standards and routines for the area. * Follow safety and quality standards and procedures for products and processes. * Comply with Danone’s internal policies and applicable Brazilian legislation. * Contribute to continuous line improvement by identifying deviations, opportunities, and necessary process adjustments. About you * Completed technical education in fields such as Quality, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines. * Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. * Experience operating industrial equipment, preferably on packaging lines. * Knowledge of thermoforming machine technology. * Familiarity with autonomous maintenance concepts and tools. * Basic knowledge of Excel, SAP, and CUTE. * Commitment to Safety, Quality, and procedural compliance. * Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative attitude.
