




Job Summary: Responsible for administrative routines, tracking internal requests, providing administrative support, and managing training to ensure smooth departmental operations. Document control and purchase order processing Responsible for administrative routines to ensure timely processing of requests and compliance with departmental procedures across all company service units. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support internal employees by monitoring their requests. * Provide diverse administrative support, including URA telephone assistance and service scheduling. * Control receipt and dispatch of documents via air mail and/or postal services. * Place and record purchase orders for general materials and monitor their status. * Manage mandatory training and training linked to the QMS (Quality Management System), covering control, scheduling, contracting, and execution of training to fulfill client-requested activities, demonstrate execution evidence, and provide documentation and certifications when required. * Conduct quarterly self-assessments of activities performed by QMS (Quality Management System) multipliers. **Requirements and Qualifications** Field of Study: **Related Fields** Minimum Education Level: **Completed Elementary School** Preferred Education Level: **Currently Enrolled in High School** With over five decades of presence in Brazil, we are Enaex Brasil, a subsidiary of Enaex S.A., a Chilean company with over 100 years of history and part of the Sigdo Koppers Group.
