Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to lead inventory, process, and team management, ensuring the organization, reliability, and efficiency of warehouse operations. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure inventory accuracy Position: Warehouse Coordinator – São José da Lapa/MG We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to lead inventory, process, and team management, ensuring the organization, reliability, and efficiency of warehouse operations. \*Main Responsibilities\* Coordinate material receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch; Plan and execute full and cycle inventories; Ensure physical and system inventory accuracy; Lead, develop, and supervise the warehouse team; Implement process improvements, performance indicators, and departmental organization; Control materials destined for construction sites and ensure ERP system (preferably SAP Hana) recordkeeping. \*Requirements\* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields (technical education with proven experience will also be considered); Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing/logistics, including at least 2 years in leadership roles; Experience in inventory management, inventories, performance indicators, ERP systems, and intermediate/advanced Excel; Driver's license category B; Willingness to travel occasionally. Advantages Knowledge of SAP Hana; Power BI; Experience in heavy construction, mining, industrial maintenance, boiler-making, or heavy equipment sectors. \*Compensation and Benefits\* Salary: Negotiable (initial reference above R$ 4\.500,00, depending on experience); Meal Allowance: R$ 440.00; Attendance Bonus: R$ 200.00; Medical Allowance: R$ 100.00; Transportation Allowance or Mobility Assistance; Telemedicine; Life Insurance; Uniform and corporate mobile phone.
