Involvement in product installation and training delivery **Implementation and Training Analyst** Experience with software support or implementation in the retail sector. **Requirements for this position at Linear:** Understanding of operational workflows in retail establishments; Knowledge of front-end store systems — POS, ECF, SITEF; Understanding of MySQL database operations; Strong verbal comprehension related to our business; Driver's License Category B; Willingness to travel; Currently pursuing or holding a completed undergraduate degree and/or technology diploma/technical course: Information Technology and/or Management Processes/Administration/Accounting. **What are the main responsibilities?** Executing installation of Linear’s software; Conducting training sessions for products contracted by the client, according to the project schedule; Receiving client requests, analyzing them, and taking appropriate actions toward resolution; Ensuring daily that all necessary information for support has been provided; Analyzing and understanding issues to replicate and resolve them; Simulating issues reported by clients, verifying product/project version and module; Resolving issues or clarifying doubts, ensuring customer satisfaction; Reporting and assisting in removing impediments hindering activities, aiming to meet established deadlines; Generating insights by collecting new product/project demands raised by clients. **Now take a look at our benefits:** Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy.
