Job Description: **Job Mission** Ensure the accuracy of inventory management and control, guaranteeing data integrity and precision in compliance with quality standards and the effectiveness of receiving, storage, and shipping operations, thereby contributing to operational excellence across the supply chain. **Key Responsibilities** * Support analyses for Finished Goods, Packaging, and Pallets management by developing monitoring KPIs that identify accuracy deviations, quality issues, shelf life concerns, or any process anomalies. * Analyze inventory discrepancies between SAP and WMS, including warehouse 9999, inventory movements, order rejections, unprocessed postings, fractional volumes, and unit-of-measure discrepancies (Case vs. Unit). * Snapshot Management: Weekly submission of SAP inventory position reports to OPL; analyze discrepancies; participate in meetings to discuss and develop action plans; report results. * Manage product expiration dates, identify items with advanced shelf life, coordinate resolution efforts with the MPS\-GMB team, and execute disposal of critical items—including proper SAP postings, Doc Route approval workflows, operational scheduling with CD and suppliers, issuance of fiscal documents, and MTR generation. * Blocked Items Management: Track batch blocking requests from GMB Quality team; maintain updated spreadsheets; communicate with OPL; monitor status. * OPL Disposal Management: Consolidate disposal reports; classify RNCs by reason; conduct analysis for appropriate inventory write-offs; perform SAP adjustments; manage Doc Route; issue fiscal documents; maintain SharePoint controls. * Reprocess / Packaging Consumption Management: Daily analysis of OPL-submitted data to determine reprocessed product balances and packaging consumption, executing required SAP system adjustments. Monitor packaging inventory levels (GMB and Copacker), generate purchase orders, track replenishment, and update SAP and WMS balances. * Traceability and Recall: Analyze inventory movements (receipts and shipments) in SAP and WMS for batch traceability; report findings to Quality team; participate in recall and mock recall activities. * Continuous Improvement: Conduct daily operational walkthroughs to identify improvement opportunities and pending items; document outputs and present them to OPL for action plan development. Build and maintain Excel tools (macros, VBA, Power Query) to optimize processes. * Reporting and Performance Indicator Analysis: Consolidate and present departmental performance indicators during periodic meetings. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related logistics fields. * Prior experience in the field. * Experience in inventory management within logistics operations. * Knowledge of SAP, WMS, and ERP systems. * Experience in inventory reconciliations, Snapshots, and logistics processes (inbound, outbound, inventory management, transportation). * Experience with performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis. * Ability to develop and manage project budgets. * Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially intermediate/advanced Excel and Power Query.
