Human Resources Intern

Description

**Mission:** Ensure operational and administrative support to the People and Management areas, maintaining organization of internal materials, supporting events, and delivering efficient service to employees, thereby contributing to the continuous flow of HR routines. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Supply Management:** Monitor inventory of internal-use materials (cardstock, photo paper, promotional items, badge lanyards, etc.), ensuring restocking and organization according to demand; * **Supplier Coordination:** Contact suppliers to facilitate execution of events and internal initiatives; * **Financial/System Management:** Create Purchase Orders (POs) via the system; * **Onboarding and Training:** Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees and track training reports and job function changes; * **Talent Development:** Support apprentice management and assist in Recruitment and Selection processes; * **Climate and Culture:** Support planning of internal celebrations and events; * **Employee Support:** Address employee inquiries and provide initial guidance to unit staff. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in **Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources**, from the 3rd semester onward; * Proficiency in **Excel** (basic to intermediate level); * Organized profile with attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with people; * Enthusiasm for challenges and willingness to learn new systems and processes; * Availability to intern **6 hours per day**.
