Job Summary: Horizonte Cursos is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to work on recruitment and selection, onboarding, and talent development. Key Highlights: 1. Align candidate profiles with department supervisors ### **JOB OPENING: HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT** **Horizonte Professional Training Courses – Belo Horizonte and Contagem (MG)** Horizonte Cursos is looking for a **Human Resources Assistant** to join our team and directly contribute to talent development and strengthening our workforce! ### **Responsibilities:** * Open and publicize job openings * Screen and review resumes * Conduct interviews with candidates (in-person and/or online) * Support the full recruitment and selection process * Conduct onboarding and initial training for new employees * Collaborate directly with department supervisors to align candidate profiles * Monitor new employees’ initial development ### **Working Hours:** * **44 hours per week** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Saturday:** 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM ### **Work Location:** * Work at the following units: * **Belo Horizonte (Downtown)** * **Contagem (Eldorado)** ### **Compensation:** * **Fixed salary: R$ 2.000,00** * **+ Performance-based bonus** ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school (pursuing a college degree in HR, Administration, or related fields is a plus) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and proactivity * Ability to interact effectively with people * Basic computer literacy * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in recruitment and selection within the sales sector * Experience conducting interviews and delivering training * Analytical and strategic mindset * **BENEFITS:** * CLT employment contract * Transportation allowance * Dental plan * Tuition assistance * Comprehensive training * Performance bonuses ### **Behavioral Profile:** We seek a **communicative, dynamic, and results-oriented** professional who interacts well with people and is eager to grow in the Human Resources field. ### **How to Apply:** Send your resume and join our team! **Horizonte Cursos – Transforming talents into professionals.** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
