The professional will be responsible for building controls and indicators, supporting closing, budgeting, and performance analysis processes, working autonomously and with strong interaction with peer departments. Main Responsibilities: * Analyze income statements (DRE), margins, revenue, discounts, commercial profitability, and costs; * Support financial management through analysis, consolidation, and interpretation of economic\-financial information; * Build controls, reports, and indicators (KPIs) from scratch, ensuring consistency, traceability, and reliability of information; * Prepare and monitor result analyses, budget variances, costs, and financial performance; * Support budgeting, forecasting, and managerial closing processes, ensuring deadlines and delivery quality; * Ensure execution and compliance with internal controls, especially in Commercial-related financial impact processes; * Map, review, and strengthen commercial processes, ensuring governance and compliance; * Identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities in processes and indicators; * Prepare clear managerial analyses and reports, with executive-level insights to support leadership; * Develop and maintain managerial reports using advanced Excel and, where applicable, Power BI or other BI tools; * Critically assess data, questioning inconsistencies before reporting to leadership; * Ensure integration and effective communication with peer departments, aligning information, deliverables, and timelines; * Standardize financial routines, indicators, and controls. Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or Economics; * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, database structuring); * Experience with Power BI or another BI tool; * Experience creating and structuring controls and indicators; Desirable Requirements (a plus): * Postgraduate degree will be considered a plus.
