Collaborative work and communication with the team **Estimating Assistant** **Requirements:** 1. Fluent English (mandatory); 2. Experience with estimating; 3. Organized; 4. Proficient with numbers, spreadsheets, and Excel formulas; 5. Tech-savvy; 6. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and blueprints; 7. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Design, or related fields (in progress or completed) is preferred, along with relevant experience. **Job Description:** 1. Understand and interpret tender-related documents and specifications; 2. Dimension the blueprint; 3. Apply meticulous attention to identify potential balconies on blueprints; 4. Use the existing program (Excel) as the basis for tender materials and cost calculations; 5. Notify the department head about materials and costs not specified in the Excel spreadsheet; 6. Participate critically in discussions; 7. Take notes regarding the contractor’s specific requirements; 8. Work as clearly as possible, preserving all information for future reference regarding questions or adjustments; 9. Identify discrepancies between purchase orders and quotations; 10. Prepare new quotations by fully understanding the situation and applying quotation rules; 11. Use the tender form provided by the contractor. **Employment Type:** Full-time, Permanent (CLT) **Salary:** R$3.504,02 + VR R$924,00 **Probationary Period Salary (90 days):** R$3.004,02 **Benefits:** Medical assistance (co-payment); Meal allowance of R$924.00; Transportation allowance. **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, including Brazilian public holidays. **Additional Compensation Types:** 13th salary; Public holidays.
