Production Operator II

Description

Responsible for operating medium-complexity production machines and equipment according to their assigned line/module/cell and shift; feeding lines with raw materials and packaging; and inspecting the visual and physical quality of products, with the aim of operating machines containing valves, compressors, pumps, cylinder engraving units, flakers, and other production equipment and machines under their responsibility, in accordance with instructions from their area supervisor, while correctly using personal protective equipment. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\) Operate medium- or high-complexity production machines and equipment according to their assigned production line and shift; feed lines with raw materials; and operate machines driven by: valves, sensors, motors, and other production equipment and machines under their responsibility, in accordance with instructions from their area supervisor, while using personal protective equipment. 2\) Complete process checklists to ensure machine performance and maintain optimal functionality, performing minor repairs when necessary. 3\) Collect product and raw material samples and continuously verify final product quality using appropriate gauges and/or visual inspection. 4\) Package, remove, and transport raw materials and finished products using specific equipment. 5\) Record daily operational data. 6\) Carry out scheduled shutdowns, including cleaning, and ensure 6S compliance within the module. 7\) Follow BAT’s EHS policy, practices outlined in the Road Map, and the ESG agenda. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education Technical training is a plus **Additional Information** Transportation Allowance Food Basket/Ticket Optical Care Assistance Medical and Dental Insurance On-site Restaurant Life Insurance On-site Medical Service Gympass Funeral Assistance Medication Assistance Emergency Loan Educational Loan Private Pension Plan (FASC) Salary Complement (Sickness Benefit) Disaster Loan Itaú Payroll Deduction Loan Toys for Dependents (Christmas) Christmas Basket (Physical or Ticket) Hello, we are BAT Brasil!
