




Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning and executing procurement processes, managing contracts, controlling inventories, and supporting building infrastructure and maintenance. Essential support for infrastructure and building maintenance Main Responsibilities: Plan and execute procurement processes Request quotations and negotiate with suppliers Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery deadlines Manage contracts and suppliers Evaluate performance, ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and commercial terms Control inventories Monitor material levels, conduct periodic inventories, and propose optimized replenishments Oversee maintenance services Support the planning and execution of corrective and preventive maintenance for facilities, machinery, and equipment Provide infrastructure support Assist in managing renovations, construction projects, and minor physical adjustments, ensuring proper functionality of spaces Prepare reports and performance indicators Monitor costs, material consumption, supplier performance, and process efficiency Support special procurement processes Where applicable, handle tax-related and logistics matters Ensure all procurements, contracts, and maintenance activities comply with internal policies and applicable legislation Address requests from internal departments by proposing feasible solutions within budget and established timelines Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and sustainability in procurement and infrastructure processes Requirements: Education: Degree: Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. Knowledge/Experience Procurement knowledge: Acquisition processes, negotiation, contracts, and supplier relationship management Inventory management Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced), Word, and PowerPoint Performance indicator management Ability to create and track performance, cost, consumption, and timeline reports. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM.
