Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Fixed Infrastructure Analyst to strategically and operationally support building infrastructure projects. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic and operational involvement in building infrastructure projects 2. Preparation of technical scopes and project budgets 3. Creation and management of construction schedules and reports **Opportunity | Junior Fixed Infrastructure Analyst** Uberlândia – MG | On-site Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with possibility of working outside standard business hours for projects) Days Off: Saturday and Sunday We are seeking a **Junior Fixed Infrastructure Analyst** to strategically and operationally support building infrastructure projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of technical scopes for infrastructure projects * Development of budgets and cost estimates * Technical site visits and construction supervision * Creation and management of schedules (Microsoft Project) * Preparation of construction progress reports with performance indicators * Participation in status meetings with coordination **Technical Competencies:** * Excel: data manipulation, controls, and dashboards * AutoCAD: reading and drafting floor plans and layouts * Knowledge of building infrastructure: * – HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)– Generators and UPS systems– Fire detection and suppression systems– CCTV– Access control * Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience with building infrastructure projects * Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting at R$2.859,68 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Childcare allowance * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
