




Description * Network asset management: configuration and maintenance of managed switches, routers, and access points (Wi-Fi) * Creation and management of VLANs to segment traffic (Guest Network, Corporate Network, Voice/VoIP Network), ensuring security and performance (QoS) * Firewall rule administration (inbound and outbound), blocking of malicious websites, and VPN management (Client-to-Site for remote work and Site-to-Site between branches) * Rack and patch panel management (organization and labeling) and supervision of internet link service providers * Deployment and management of monitoring tools such as Zabbix and GLPI * Identification of network bottlenecks and proactive measures to release critical business traffic * Maintenance of up-to-date firmware on switches, routers, and firewalls to prevent security vulnerabilities * Ensuring server connectivity (Windows/Linux), proper DNS operation, and correct IP address distribution via DHCP * Monitoring of physical server resources (disk, memory, CPU) * Execution of backups for network device configurations Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering * TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and static/dynamic routing protocols and concepts * Practical experience with market-leading brands (e.g., Dell, HPE, Ubiquiti/UniFi, or similar) * Advanced knowledge of sensor and alert configuration * Troubleshooting: ability to use diagnostic tools (Ping, Tracert, Telnet, Wireshark) to identify where packets stop * 5 years of experience in network and infrastructure support
