Come be part of our team as a **Mining Maintenance Coordinator!** **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective mechanical and electrical maintenance activities for mining equipment, verifying technical specifications, guiding teams on diagnostics, and making decisions regarding equipment downtime; * Coordinate maintenance activities for mining equipment by analyzing work schedules, defining action timelines, and assigning tasks to shift supervisors for maintenance execution; * Manage the mining maintenance workforce by monitoring employee rosters, vacations, days off, overtime, absences, and leaves; * Participate in periodic maintenance meetings with management to review work demands, analyze specific cases, and define operational periods to optimize departmental activities; * Analyze deviations in parts and component consumption, identifying root causes and proposing solutions for identified anomalies to ensure balanced resource usage; * Approve purchase requisitions related to mechanical maintenance equipment and parts; * Monitor maintenance department performance indicators; * Prepare managerial reports, analyses, studies, and monitoring assessments related to maintenance costs, utilization, replacement, and wear of parts and equipment; * Develop, review, and ensure compliance with maintenance plans, setting priorities and deadlines; * Coordinate development of machine adaptation projects with service providers, providing technical guidance, monitoring timelines and quality to meet company needs; * Lead management and development of the maintenance team personnel; * Participate in implementation of departmental projects together with involved professionals to address issues related to interference and schedule priorities; * Participate in failure analysis and diagnostics for operational units and coordinate the PPP (Loss Prevention Program) for the Maintenance UGB; * Perform other duties inherent to the position as directed by supervisor. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Experience in personnel management; * Knowledge of underground equipment and heavy machinery maintenance; * Knowledge of Process Management. **Competencies** * Critical and analytical thinking, focused on effective solutions; * Openness to continuous learning and professional development; * Growth mindset; * Aligned with Jaguar's values and culture.
