The professional will be responsible for providing direct support to kitchen activities, ensuring quality in dish pre-preparation and excellence in environmental sanitation, contributing to the best gastronomic experience for our customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in food pre-preparation (washing, cutting, portioning, and ingredient separation). * Provide direct support to the Head Cook during plating and dish service. * Perform continuous cleaning, sanitization, and organization of the work area, countertops, equipment, and utensils. * Assist in inventory control, receipt, and proper storage of supplies. * Strictly adhere to good food handling practices and food safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Prior experience in this role at bars, restaurants, or snack bars (preferred). * Agility, dynamism, and ability to work under pressure during peak hours. * Organized, proactive profile with strong teamwork skills. * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays, as per schedule). **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Fixed Salary:** BRL 2\.000,00 monthly. * **Bonus Program:** Performance-based rewards aligned with establishment goals and targets. * Transportation Allowance. * On-site meals (Breakfast and Lunch).
