Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
* Demonstrated experience delivering 2–3 complete projects of small to medium complexity;
* Solid knowledge of project management methodologies:
* Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Hybrid models;
* Familiarity with PMBOK knowledge areas (scope, time, cost, risk, communication, stakeholders, among others);
* Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar);
* Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and project performance indicators;
* Advanced Excel and/or Power BI for reporting and dashboards;
* Mandatory English (advanced level; daily interaction with external teams).
**Desirable:**
* Project management training or certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) from PMI or Scrum Master (Level 1 or 2) are expected at this level;
* Introductory-level courses covering PMBOK knowledge areas (e.g., scope, time, cost).
