SALARY R$2,014.00 + R$303.60 HAZARDOUS WORK ALLOWANCE + R$400.00 MEAL VOUCHER (CAJU CARD) WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM TO 4:20 PM — SHIFT STRUCTURE: 6 DAYS ON / 1 DAY OFF Responsibilities: - The Marketing Assistant supports customer service by attending to customer needs, receiving and greeting customers courteously and efficiently. - Assists in creating and implementing marketing campaigns, including developing content for social media, blogs, emails, and other relevant channels. - Contributes to market data collection and analysis—including industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior—to identify opportunities and insights for marketing strategy. - Helps create engaging content such as social media posts, articles, infographics, and other materials aimed at attracting and retaining the target audience. - Collaborates in managing the company’s social media accounts—scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent online presence. - Participates in organizing and promoting marketing events, such as webinars, workshops, trade fairs, and product launches. - Monitors marketing campaign performance using analytics tools to evaluate key metrics and identify areas for improvement. - Works closely with other departments—including sales, design, and product development—as well as producing, verifying, restocking, and organizing shelf price tags and promotional signage to ensure an integrated approach to marketing strategies. - Maintains up-to-date website, blog, and marketing materials, ensuring information accuracy and relevance. - Provides administrative support to the marketing team—including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing reports. - Performs other duties related to the role as directed by the supervisor/department manager.
